The last Batman for Christian Bale, as he’s recently told after his performance in “The Fighter”.
The english actor, orphan of his anti-hero Heath Ledger and of Two-Face / Aaron Eckhart, fot Christopher Nolan’s sequel of “The Dark Knight”, “The Dark Knight Rises”, has commented the rumours about the upcoming movie (ready to be filmed in may 2001, and probably out in cinemas in 2012).
“I think that it’d be the last time I’ll be Batman on a movie, unless Christopher would say me something different. He ì’s a great director and I think the new episode will be amazing!”, told Bale.

Located probably in Bedforshide (UK) in the same hangars where the first chapter of Nolan’s Batman took place (and also his “Inception” ciaks), the movie is ready about the script (maybe based on the graphic novel “Prey”, by Doug Moench, following “Batman: Year One” by Frank Miller, where the villain, Doctor Hugo Strange, obsessed by Batman, will decide to use his influence on Gotham’s Mayor to create a task force to capture the Dark Knight, guided by Commissioner Gordon – but this is not confirmed so far!), now under review by the production, and will have in the cast also Tom Hardy (“Black Hawk Down”, “Inception”), but nothing has transpired about his role.

Nolan will also be the next producer of “Superman: Man Of Steel”, with Zack Snyder as Director and with the script by David S. Goyer.
