Laughter is the best therapy. Not just to overcome troubles but to learn how to improve ourselves. Hence humour can become the most persuasive teaching tool there is. This is very well known to Serge Grudzinski, the management consultant and founder of the Humour Consulting Group,  also known abroad as Manager Max.

For Grudzinski, the path from comedian to consultant in the Field of Humour was quick, and do not be deceived by this unconventional method, since it has been adopted by worldwide companies such as L’Oréal, HSBC, Siemens, General Electric, Microsoft and many more that take themselves extremely seriously, but apparently have a sense of humour!

A graduate of the École Polytechnique, Serge Grudzinski worked in several leading management consulting agencies before creating the Humour Consulting Group, where he fixes companies through a one-man-show performances, which have the power to relieve anxiety, change mindsets, unite people and boost motivation.
